How long does it take to build an app or platform?
Straight answer: a small MVP is usually 8–12 weeks, a mid-size app 3–5 months, and full platforms 5 months and up. The first two to three weeks go into the mind map and the engineering spec before any code — that is the phase that saves you months of rework later. You get a phased plan with dates, and every phase ends with your sign-off.
How do you price?
A fixed price agreed before we start, with the scope fully frozen. You know the final cost from day one — no billing by the clock, no surprises.
Do I own the code and designs after delivery?
Yes, entirely. Once payment is complete, ownership of the source code, designs and documentation transfers to you — your project is yours, not held hostage with us.
What does your AI agent team mean for me in practice?
For every project I assemble a team of AI agents for research, design, code, review and QA, run it day to day, and sign off every output. You get machine speed and one human who is accountable, and the team stays on your project after launch.
My relative can build it for less. Why you?
He probably can start it. The question is who is there in month nine when the store rejects a build or the payment gateway changes its API.
